What happens after I purchased a product from your store?

As soon as your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to download. Just make sure to use your current email. The download email and installation guide will be sent to you within 24 hours after purchase. If after 24 hour period, you have not received your download email, please email us. Be sure to check your spam folder and promotions folder in case the email arrives there. We'll contact you within 24 hours, if not faster in most cases.

How do I install the presets?

When you download the presets, there is a step by step installation guide with images included that will make installing the presets very easy!

I am having troubles downloading my files, what should I do? 

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Kindly exercise patience and try again. If the problem still persist, kindly contact us.

How come my photo doesn’t look as sharp after applying the presets?

Our presets are optimized high-resolution files from a camera. If your pictures were taken with a camera and are low-resolution, they may look slightly different. To adjust your presets, kindly check our blog post titled “How to adjust my Lightroom Preset” for tips on how to adjust the preset. I am new to editing, should I still buy your presets?

Yes! Our presets can be used by anyone. They are really easy to use and will help you to give your photos a professional, unique look. Also, using presets will help you significantly in learning to edit and creating your own editing style.

What camera do I need?

Any! Our presets work for any camera: JPG, RAW, phone, GoPro etc. Of course, the quality of the camera and lighting conditions do affect the outcome, so keep that in mind.

Can I use your presets to edit videos?

Yes! With the latest 2022 release, you can now use presets to edit your videos for a matching aesthetic. Simply import your video same way you would import your picture and start editing!

Can I include your presets as prizes in a giveaway I'm hosting?

No. We currently do not allow our products to be used in any giveaways that are not hosted by us.
